I hope this finds you feeling sparkling and full of love. If things are feeling shaky right now, hold on tight, after a winter of contraction, expansion maintains its full potential! This biting cold has come to its end! Just look at the daffodils, the pansies, and primrose flowering yet! It's time to get those outdoor beds uncovered and allow the perennials to reach out and be touched by the sun again! Get that dirt under you nails and on your skin! Being exposed to common soil bacterium is known to increase serotonin levels, and did you know those gorgeous yellow Forsythia flowers are edible?
I know, I have been quiet. But certainly there is aliveness happening for Wild Peace. The seeds that were sown a year ago are blooming and even spreading their roots! I have successfully completed my traditional naturopath program and am happily leading, growing, and expanding within Oceanside Physical Therapy. In addition to my services at the clinic, we have amazing clinicians specializing in pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy, and a wonderful fitness trainer! We are thrilled how Oceanside is evolving into a dynamic holistic practice for health and healing. I am continuing to offer private one-on-one holistic health and shamanic energy healing sessions in our Stratham office.

Expecting Families Class for Postpartum Care
Starting in June, I will be teaching a postpartum class for expecting families! This class will be in-person in Stratham. We will have a total of 5 classes, 3 hours each. We will be exploring deeply the entire process and answer all of the juicy questions: what happens to our bodies, what to be looking for, what to not be worrying about? We will address the fears that nobody talks about, and how to plan and involve your community for a nourishing support system postpartum. This course will cost 279$. Exact dates will be posted soon! Reiki Level 1
This course will be taught in May in Stratham over two days for 2 and 1/2 hours each class. Our meeting dates will be determined soon depending on the group, this experience is limited to 6 participants. This course will cost $350 and includes a manual and ongoing mentorship opportunity.
