STEP OUTSIDE AND BREATHE. The Wild Peace of January.

Updated: Feb 2, 2021

The warmest sweet blessings to you all in this January in this ever so shifting magical world!

I want to sincerely thank you for your continued support of Wild Peace Vibrational Medicine and am thrilled to share with you about the many expansive things happening, from bringing my practice to the Seacoast to the blessed upleveling of my services. First, I would like to remind us about importance of fresh air and the power of warmth.

BREATHE FRESH AIR

Are you getting outside, tuning inwards, and breathing the air Mother Earth is providing us? Please remember one of the simplest and most rewarding things you can be doing right now is being outside and breathing deeply. This connects our breathe to our heart. The Breathe carries our voice, and our voice that comes from the heart is needed!

Engaging in a simple practice of Forest Bathing by bringing intentional breathe, and awareness to the 5 senses. What do you smell, taste, feel etc? Touching a tree or plant while taking deep slow breaths, can support the much needed grounding that is essential to do DAILY in these trivial times. It will also help support your energy levels, maintain proper blood pressure, digestion and your body's natural ability to heal.

WARMTH

During these months, let us remember the healing benefits of aligning with the natural seasons and eating and drinking warmth! Warm, (organic and local as possible!) foods are the easiest for digestion, allowing our body's beautiful energy to focus elsewhere! Like nervous system regulation! A friendly reminder to drink warm liquids throughout the day and night. Drinking warm lemon water upon rising, or a beautiful tea before every meal can help prepare your body for ultimate digestion of nutrients. I suggest nourishing herbals such as red raspberry, ginger, burdock root, stinging nettles, chamomile, raspberry leaf, and rose hips. Soups and broths, are an excellent way of filling up on mineral rich liquids and consuming lots of mineral rich vegetables!

POSTPARTUM CARE

I am enthusiastically finishing my postpartum intensive studies with Innate Traditions. This course I participated in 2020 was a blessing. Led by Rachelle Garcia Seliga, who is a Traditional Midwife who truly embodies a grounded, intelligent, and wise elder. There is so much recognition of the need for physical and emotional support for all mothers during and after birth. I continue to witness how the entire exploration of birth can ultimately be the healing path for the world, as how we are born and how our mothers and us are feeling during those first months of life are critical to how we express in this world. If you're interested in learning more about this subject and interested in postpartum coaching please reach out, I would love to work with you.

NATUROPATHIC HEALTH CARE

I am always seeking more access to natural health in the community. Gratefully, I am beginning, and finishing my path to naturopathic doctor this year! I have been deeply immersed in studies for the last, 10 years in holistic and energy medicine and feel excited about bringing it all together under a title that will help bridge and unify the medical world. Yes, you heard it right! We recently covered a course on Iridology and I am so thrilled to add this modality to my integrated health assessment! Much more to come with this!

As I have settled in my new Stratham location, I am excited to work with you to help you navigate your current path. I am now booking free 15 Minute Discovery calls for those wishing to book or begin again!

Blessings and big love,

Hope
